Our home was dark, with low ceilings, walls that were blocking views of the exterior and closing off the views from the interior. We wanted more of an open concept from our kitchen to our living room. They raised the ceiling to the roof and took out walls to allow more light into our home. The experience was amazing from beginning to end. I just can’t say enough about the quality and professionalism of their work. They were on time, worked diligently in the time they stated, cleaned up when they left and were always so polite and respectful. From hand burning our beams on the ceiling, to cabinetry work, detailed trim, they were truly first class. We travel a lot, so it was great to have people we trust in our home while we’re gone. They really became like family to us. And they consulted us on every detail. Any time we ran into a challenge (which you will with major remodels), they got creative and came up with solutions. They are also very reasonably priced and worked hard to stay within our budget. Danny was our lead on the project and he did such a great job. We just can’t say enough about him.
Our project turned out so nice, our remodel was even featured on Houzz!! Every time someone comes to visit us now, they are just amazed it’s the same home.
We just hired them for our next project…remodeling our old run down dilapidated pool house. I can’t wait to see the results!!

Initially my family thought I had lost my mind purchasing the cabin and felt it could never amount to anything. My 37 yr old son referred to it as a great place for a meth lab. However, in the end he is now saying “WOW this is awesome. I would have never imagined this outcome”. Everyone who comes to see it appears awe struck. Thomas and his crew are experts. Prior to Overall Construction’s renovating this home it had one useable bedroom and one bathroom and the living area that was so small it wasn’t really useable at all as it fit one dining chair. It is now a very functional 2 bedroom, 2 bath, with an open concept living and kitchen and a full size washer dryer. He also was able to create weathered wood vaulted ceiling in the living area that is specatular. If I wanted something that was impossible Thomas consistently was always able to come up with a solution that we both agreed upon. He and his crew totally transformed this fishing cabin into a functional home and an incredible work of art. This home is now not only beautiful but very relaxing and a wonderful retreat. I feel extremely blessed that I was able to find Overall Construction. It was a great experience. As a result I have had Overall construction redo parts of my new built home in Meridian that were not done as I expected. He has come through like a champ. He also has completed a wonderful porch cover on my very contemporary home in Keller and repainted my kitchen cabinets there as well. I will continue to use Overall Construction with any and all construction needs.
